Setting Inventory Counts Equal to Zero in Point of Sale

Question:

"Mary, I'm getting ready to do physical inventory in Point of Sale and I have a question.  Alof ot my inventory is miscounted, so I would like to enter my counts intot the system and then default eveything else over to zero.  Can QuickBooks Point of Sale do that automatically?"

Answer:

"In the Physical Inventory screen, check the box in the lower right-hand side.  That will tell the system to zero out any inventory that not included in your count.

Point of Sale Webstore Integration Best Practices

Question:

"When you state that the Point of Sale to webstore integration should be “robust” what exactly does that mean? Can you give me parameters?  I am looking at keeping our current shopping cart.  I know that one shopping chart that I am looking at has had some issues recently with syncing related to products with attributes. Many of our products have attributes so that may be an issue-they say that the fix is in the works.  I look forward to your response regarding “robust”
