QuickBooks Pro

Baby Banou, LLC

The Problem: Baby Banou, an upscale specialty baby retail store in St. Paul, was 4 days away from the grand opening. Late on a summer Friday night, the owner was struggling with the QuickBooks Point of Sale that she had purchased directly from Dell. She should have been able to “dress” the store, display the merchandise, and get ready to introduce her unique product lines to the public. Instead, she was wrestling with software. The configuration was far from complete, and she was running out of time. She called Mary at Mobile-CFO on that Friday night and asked for a 9:30 AM meeting the following morning.

Statements

Most of us shy away from issuing statments. A statement usually does not give the necessary details and seems like just an extra step. Well, with QuickBooks 2010, it is possible to print out the detail associated with each invoice on the statement. This is a great future for any customer with multiple locations. Now it is possible to summarize all activity with the customer by location in one simple statment. To add the invoice detail to the statement, simply click on "show invoice item detail" under additional options in the statement creation tab.
