Certified Payroll Available in QuickBooks Payroll

We have all wanted to do certified payroll at one time or another. Now QB 2009 and 2010 completes all the calcs in excel. It contains all the information needed for the DOL WH-347 and WH-348 forms.

To find this form, go to reports-->employee-->more reports in excel.

All you have to do is print and sign the form!

Not robust enough

I think perhaps you should investigate certified payroll requirements more before recommending this option.

The report does NOT meet the requirements of the WH-347 and is not accepted in states that have their own spefic forms and requirements.

WHERE is the No Work report?

I have 10 jobs that require certified payroll reports each week - it's madness to force me to print them one at a time and then have to tweak them to make them right.

There are better solutions out there

Have you looked at certified payroll solution sold by Sunburst Solutions (http://www.sunburstsoftwaresolutions.com/certified-payroll-solution.htm)? Last time that I looked at it, it was pretty inexpensive and covered alot of the solution that you are looking for.

It sounds like you need a more robust solution that what is currently packaged with QuickBooks. Remember QuickBooks is trying to be all things to all people and sometimes the software needs outstrip QuicBooks as it is packaged out of the box. Intuit relies on the marketplace to "fill in the gaps" and I think that you will be pleased with the Sunburst Solution.
