File this under best laid plans...Intuit was trying to extend the reporting of open order data to include backorder info. Great, but they forgot to see what it did to the Item Quick Reports (used when you go to List-->Item List-->choose a specific item--->right click and choose item quick report). The quantity subtotals are incorrect and will drive you crazy.

CURRENTLY THERE ISN'T A FIX, but Intuit is working very hard on it and it should show up in the next bug fix. The good news is that only a small number of companies use these reports, but these companies use these reports to run their business. So if you rely on Item Quick Reports, don't install the upgrade just yet. Believe me, when I hear that the solution available, I will immediately post in here. This happened to one of my clients. I went all the way up the food-chain at Intuit without any success, so that had to backtrack to QBES 10.0 and re-enter all their data back into QBES 10.0.
