Just Took a Quick Tour of QuickBooks Enterprise 2011

Congratulations to Intuit! They finally made an upgrade worth paying for! There are a lot of new enhancements and new features that will make everyone's life easier. The beta that I reviewed wasn't quite baked yet, but if they follow through and develop everything that is promised, it will be a substantial jump from 2010 and worth the upgrade.

If you have already purchased QuickBooks Enterprise and are on the full-service plan, you will receive your copy in a few months. If you have purchased QBES and don't have an active full service plan, contact Mobile CFO (info@mobile-cfo.com) to see if it is possible to reactivate the plan. Everyone receives one-year of the full service plan when they purchase QBES. After your anniversary, you should have paid the annual subscription (currently $850/yr for a 5-user plan).

If you are sitting on version 9 or below, it really is time to purchase the upgrade. QBES 2011 should be available in the next month or so. So hold on to your hats, this version release will be a big one!
