Certified Payroll Available in QuickBooks Payroll

We have all wanted to do certified payroll at one time or another. Now QB 2009 and 2010 completes all the calcs in excel. It contains all the information needed for the DOL WH-347 and WH-348 forms.

To find this form, go to reports-->employee-->more reports in excel.

All you have to do is print and sign the form!

QBES 10 will be out September 28th

Intuit is shipping beginning September 28, 2009. Please make sure that Intuit has your correct address (if you are on the full service plan). There are alot of cool new features, so I wouldn't want anyone to miss the upgrade.

If you have not renewed your full service plan, you may still be able to renew, please contact Mary for details.

MIsys 4.0 is available-Shop Floor Control is Here!!!!!!

I've been waiting for this version for almost a year! Finally, shop floor control is available! I don't know how many customers have asked me for this option. While it is an extra module, MIsys is offering $250 off of the module in September.

If you are a current MIsys user, back up your data and go to the following link to upload the file:

If you are considering MIsys, please contact me. This is a really cool option and one that should be considered when looking at manufacturing software.

Business Analysis is No More

Intuit has decided to discontinue Business Analysis October 31st. There are several reasons why they decided to pull the plug. First only a few people were using the service. Secondly I found it slow to upload data and hard for users to understand. With the demise of Sales Management ES, I'm wondering if Intuit is not so sold on "cloud computing." Eventually the concept will work, but it has to be a compelling product and one that is easy to use.
