a scanner, either handheld or pistol grip style
- handheld - LT7011H or LT7001H - there's a stronger laser in the more expensive unit
- pistol grip - LT7001RF, LT 7001RF - there's a stronger laser in the 7001 unit
base unit - B5001 F36 (9 pin cable) - can support dozens of scanners
